Arrive at the New Chitose International Airport in Hokkaido where our local english-speaking tour guide will meet and greet the group. Tour starts by heading to Date Jidaimura, cultural park which recreated the scenery and culture from the Edo Period (Ninja Village). Next, visit the Jigokudani (Hell Valley), which is above the town of Noboribetsu Onsen! Marvel at its crater with boiling sulfuric hot springs, volcanic steam plumes & hiking paths. Afterwards, we will visit the Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch. Watch these 100% pure-bred Hokkaido brown bears in cute and huge sizes and you can feed them with the cookies from the ranch. After the tour, we will transfer to the hotel for check in and overnight stay.
Day 2 TOYAKO – LAKE TOYA – NISEKO – OTARU ( B / L / D )
Today, we will check out after breakfast and proceed with a full day tour. First stop is at the Sairo Observatory. Here, you will be able to see Lake Toya, Nakijima Island, and the Ususan or Mt. Usu in one panoramic view. Next will be a stop at the Fukidashi Park which is famous for its spring water. Temperature drops here so you will experience a nature’s way of air-conditioning! Afterwards, we will take you to Otaru and take you years back to the 19th and 20th Century Hokkaido. Enjoy a stroll at the Otaru Canal, where large vessels used to unload goods to the warehouses along the canal. Now, these warehouses were transformed into museums and restaurants. Visit the Music Box Museum and/or the Kitaichi Glass Workshop. We’ll transfer the hotel for check in and overnight stay.
Day 3 OTARU – FURANO – BIEI – ASAHIKAWA ( B / L / - )
Check out after your breakfast. We’ll head to the famous Furano Cheese Factory for your ice cream-making experience! Hokkaido is very famous for its dairy products, and you’re in the right place to learn how to make your own ice ceam. Head to the Ningle Terrace. This place is also called, “Terrace of Magical Little Cottage-Shops” in Furano. Afterwards, we head to Shirogane Blue Pond and marvel at the unbelievably stunning blue color! This is a sweet side-effect of something which we’ll tell you when we get there! Head next to the Biei Patchwork Road. Patchwork? These are beautiful summer fields as if it were a quilt made of flowers, with Mt. Asahi and Tokachi Mountain as the backdrop. Head to the hotel for check in and overnight stay.
Day 4 ASAHIKAWA – SAPPORO (B/L/D - Eat all you can buffet dinner w/ crab)
Check out after breakfast at the hotel, and we’ll take you to the Asahiyama Zoo (or Penguin Paradise for Dec to Mar). You can see different animals in various angles, many of which are unique to this zoo. Glass tunnel heading to the penguin pool allows you to observe birds’ underwater flights, and glass domes between the polar bear and wolf! Next will be the Asahikawa Ramen Village where we’ll have ramen for lunch. Head back to Sapporo to visit the sweetest park in Japan – . After the sugar rush, we will visit the Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade where you can shop for your souvenir items, gifts, apparels, cosmetics, and other local goods. We’ll transfer you back to your hotel for check in and stay for 2 nights.
Day 5 SAPPORO ( B / - / - )
Today, enjoy Sapporo as we take you to a guided tour of the city, by foot.
Day 6 SAPPORO - HANEDA - MANILA ( B / L / - )
After breakfast and check out, we’ll pass by the Hokkaido Former Government Building or the famous Red Brick Building, the Hokakido Shrine, and the well-known Jogaiichiba Fish Market. We know you like shopping, so we’ll take you to the Mitsui Outlet Mall for some branded outlet shopping! We’ll head to the New Chitose Airport for your flight to Haneda (Tokyo), where you’ll connect to your Manila flight.
